A healthcare provider in Smethwick seeks an experienced midwife with a strong focus on Domestic Abuse. The role involves providing specialist advice, developing training programs, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. At SWBH we pride ourselves in providing Specialist services for our diverse population. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic midwife with a special interest in Domestic Abuse to join our team of specialist midwives in the Phoenix Team.
The postholder will be responsible for developing the Domestic Abuse service by proactively generating practice innovation and demonstrating expert knowledge and skills . The postholder will also be able to work autonomously within the area of speciality and in collaboration with the wider multi disciplinary team, utilising opportunities to educate and shape policy accross the service
