A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Dietitian to work within a mental health inpatient environment. The role involves organizing caseload needs, participating in policy development, and providing training. Candidates should be registered Dietitians, with desirable experience in mental health. You will be able to determine how to organise your time to meet the needs of the caseload within a Mental Health in-patient environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in policy development, audit, research activities, pathway development, staff and student training at both a local and national level. You will work alongside another Registered Dietitian with experience in this field.
We are looking for a motivated Dietitian wanting to expand their skills, or learn new skills within a mental health inpatient setting. We will support you in developing the knowledge and skills you need to transition into the role. Candidates should be a Registered Dietitian, preferably with some experience of working in mental health or in-patient setting. A working knowledge of behaviour change approaches and motivational interviewing would be desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS and reference check and an offer of employment will be subject to successful clearance.
