Overview

This is an exciting time to join the pathology team in Dorset. We are currently making great progress with our vision to create a first class integrated pathology service for Dorset.

Responsibilities
  • Work flexibly within a 37.5 hour week.
  • Participate in the 24/7 shift system once trained.
  • Provide a wide range of investigations to hospital clinicians, community services and general practitioners.
Qualifications
  • Specialism in one of Blood Transfusion, Haematology or Biochemistry with willingness to train in other areas.
  • Experience in Biochemistry and/or Haematology & Blood Transfusion.
  • IBMS training approval and UKAS ISO15189:2022 accreditation.
  • Accreditation to ISO15189:2012 and HCPC training approval.
