Your Day-to-Day As A Special Needs Teaching Assistant Will Include:
  • Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups across a range of SEN needs.
  • Getting hands-on with fun, adapted lessons and creative learning activities.
  • Encouraging confidence, social skills and emotional development.
  • Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and joyful classroom.
  • Teaming up with teachers and SENCOs to help every child progress.
