Are you an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a specialist school environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of complex needs in a Specialist SEN School in Southwark, with a strong focus on challenging behaviour and individualised support.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists and SEN specialists, supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis. You will play a key role in managing behaviour, implementing personalised support plans, and helping students remain calm, engaged and supported throughout the school day.
