A leading recruitment platform is seeking an SPC Manager to oversee PFI Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management and experience in managing healthcare and educational contracts. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational policies, ensuring quality assurance, and assisting in budget delivery. Home-based role with travel required. To look after two contracts: a stable healthcare contract for 5 centres in Kirklees (Hard & Soft FM) and a more complex schools contract in Bridlington four years from handback.
People with a similar FM background and excellent project/organisational ability with experience working on PFI Projects. Healthcare experience is preferred; experience in schools would be a bonus.
