The role is based across both spas, which are a short walk from each other along the stunning Cornish coastline. Each has its own rhythm and atmosphere, giving you variety, inspiration, and the chance to work in two truly unique wellness environments. Whether you work with oil, stillness, pressure, or flow — if your treatments come from the heart and you’re happiest when helping others feel good, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience

• A qualification in massage, holistic therapy, or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience or interest in traditional wellness practices (Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, etc.)
• Optional but welcome: yoga, breath work, or movement-based training
• If you’re currently working in a routine-led spa and feel ready to grow into a therapist who can design and deliver personalised treatments, we’d love to support that journey
