What You’ll Do

• Providing a range of spa treatments including massage, facials, and body therapies.
• Consulting with guests to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintaining a calm, clean, and relaxing treatment space at all times.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort.
• Supporting the wider spa team in delivering a smooth, professional service.
• Promoting spa products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Upholding health & safety and safeguarding practices in all you do.

Qualifications

• An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.
• Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts).
• A calm, friendly manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Experience in a similar spa or wellness environment is desirable.
• Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK. Proof of documentation will be required in line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
