A luxury spa resort in Newquay, UK, is seeking a Supervisor to manage spa operations and lead the team. This unique role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for motivating the hosts and therapists to ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience, while also managing day-to-day operations. This supervisory role will focus on the operational element of the spas, supervising the whole team of hosts and therapists who provide a unique and caring approach to the guests whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail within the spa. To be able to motivate, support & lead by example, ensuring smooth day to day running of the spa.
This is a varied role which needs a flexible person who is able to manage their own time and prioritise effectively, daring to be different in continuing to find new ways to surprise and delight our guests.
