You will work closely with various teams to convert enquiries into active memberships while achieving sales targets. This 30‑hour contract position requires 5 days per week. The Spa Membership Sales Advisor will drive spa membership growth, generating new membership leads, converting enquiries, delivering exceptional guest engagement, and supporting the wider leisure sales strategy at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
The on‑target earning potential for this role is a £19,765.20 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £19,047.60 supplemented by an estimated £717.60 in gratuities per annum.
