A leading hotel in Cornwall is seeking a passionate Chef to develop and deliver seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a quality establishment, showcasing expertise in food preparation and leadership in a kitchen environment. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to continue to develop and deliver seasonally inspired menus, using the very best ingredients our County has to offer. You will be leading and empowering our established team to push our food offering to the next level. Supporting our Head Chef you will use your experience and passion to drive excellence, creativity and development. Our ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to consistently deliver a quality product, knows the importance of working in a clean, tidy and organised manner, and has a natural tendency to do everything to the best of their ability.
We work straight shifts covering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as a small function trade.
