Job description

A brand-new luxury theatre and nightclub concept is launching in London’s West End, and we are looking for chefs to complement the kitchen team.

The Emerald Theatre, home to Diamonds and Dust, a cabaret production by world-renowned performer Dita Von Teese, will feature an incredible immersive dining experience.

The team will work closely with a strong and experienced Head Chef who oversees the menu creation, to refine and execute a sophisticated, high-volume three-course menu.

The kitchen is well-equipped, having previously operated as a large restaurant. The role demands high-volume experience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The venue operates on a structured schedule with dark days on Tuesdays. The show runs multiple times a week, including two services on Sundays and three on Saturdays. Bar snacks will also be available for non-dining guests.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting kitchen team for a new London venue with high-profile clientele and a strong head chef at the helm of the kitchen!

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong leadership skills, experience in high-volume service, and the ability to follow recipes and strict SOPs to create incredible menus and unforgettable guest experiences.
