A family-run restaurant group in England is looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food, managing stock control, and assisting the Head Chef. A competitive salary of £31,004-£32,041 live out or £26,736-£27,773 live in is offered, along with flexible shifts, family-friendly policies, and comprehensive training through their GROW Programme. This position demands experience in a busy kitchen and the ability to handle pressure while supporting a dynamic team.
