Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working as a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Experience in cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilizing a wok.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

• Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• As a senior chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
