A picturesque resort in Devon is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in running an efficient kitchen. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook dishes, while leading the kitchen to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. As a Sous Chef you will assist in running an efficient and profitable kitchen, using quality ingredients to inspire flavourful menus and prepare attractive food. You will prepare and cook dishes with support from the Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef at The Mole, you will perform tasks and follow standards delivered by the Head Chef. You are responsible for leading the kitchen throughout your shift whilst showing willingness to progress and deliver customer satisfaction through the dishes you prepare. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
