Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Sous Chef will include:

  1. Daily management of the kitchen team, supporting the team with the day's mise en place.
  2. Ensuring a smooth service of food served to clients.
  3. Ensuring the full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all times.
  4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  5. Being responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment and reporting any maintenance issues.
  6. Handling complaints professionally and in line with procedures.
  7. Adhering to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and reporting incidents accordingly.
  8. Supporting the catering team and services with ad-hoc duties.

Monday to Friday
