A family-owned catering company in the UK is seeking a Sous Chef to join their school catering teams. In this full-time role, you will prepare meals for break and lunch services and handle additional hospitality requirements. Candidates must possess proven craft skills and ideally be NVQ level 2 qualified in Professional Cookery. A passion for fresh food and commitment to quality is essential, with opportunities for overtime available.
Sous Chef Term Time Plus 45 days
40 Hours per week
Monday to Friday [07 : 00hrs-15 : 30hrs] with occasional weekend requirement
