We’re also excited to be launching a brand-new Indian-inspired menu soon—making this a fantastic opportunity for a chef ready to grow with us.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in running a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining top-quality standards. You’ll have the chance to work across a variety of menus, including:

  • Traditional pub classics
  • Seasonal and festive menus
  • Event menus for parties, corporate bookings, and celebrations
  • Sit‑down menus for larger groups and special occasions
  • A new Indian menu (experience with Indian cuisine is a major bonus)
What You’ll Do
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Cook and present dishes to a high standard across all menus.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.
  • Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Train junior staff and promote a positive kitchen culture.
