Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? The arranging of care is at the heart of Adult Social Care, and with an ageing population, this work has never been more important.

The Brokerage Service is a dynamic and professional team within Adult Social Services, dedicated to arranging and commissioning care for Norfolk’s adults.

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation, and we are looking for motivated, personable, and organised individuals to join us.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that every care package meets the unique needs of each person. You’ll use your negotiation skills and the latest technology to secure the best possible rates for the Council, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. But this isn’t just about numbers – it’s about people.

You will be speaking directly with service users and their families, listening to their preferences, and agreeing on the right placement that truly supports their wellbeing.

You’ll work closely with social care professionals, analyse options, and make informed recommendations. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact. If delivering exceptional customer service is your passion and you thrive in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Knowledge of Social Services, its policies, and the Care Act would be an advantage, but what matters most is your commitment to helping people live their best lives.
