Qualifications

  • Must be HCPC or RCT Registered.

Location: Lancashire

Contract Type: Long-term / Ongoing

Are you an experienced Sonographer looking to take the next step in your career? We are expanding our services across Lancashire and are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team. Requirements (Mandatory)

To be considered, you must have:

  • Prior NHS experience
  • HCPC or RCT Registration
  • A degree in Diagnostic Radiology or a scientific-based subject with relevant experience
  • A CASE accredited postgraduate qualification in Medical/Clinical Ultrasound or direct entry ultrasound qualification
  • Ability to meet the NHS Professionals’ English Language requirements for Allied Health Professionals (see Appendix 1)
  • Experience and competence to write and verify your own reports
Desirable Skills (Preferred but not essential)
  • Obstetrics (evidence of obstetrics module qualification where required)
  • Experience with Sectra and AGFA PACS systems
  • Knowledge of GE, Canon, Samsung, Siemens ultrasound machines
  • Voluntary registration with the LCR
