• Job Title : Solution Architect
• Job Type : Contract role 6+ Months Inside Ir35
• Job Location : 2 Days a Week to Wokingham / Warwick

The M365 Technical Consultant will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of an M365 tenant‑to‑tenant migration.

This individual will be a go‑to technical authority on M365.

M365 migration experience on workload comprising of Power Platform, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and other ancillary Microsoft productivity products, Power Apps / Platform, Forms / Streams, Viva Engage, Whiteboard.

Architectural experiences to work along with other migration workstreams like Application Migration, Device Roll out, Networking to create the roadmap.

Collaborative working model along with stakeholders and different partners vendors.

Deep technical knowledge of all primary M365 workloads.

Proficiency with migration tools for tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.

PowerShell skills for automating M365 and Azure AD tasks.

Experience in being in a senior position within technical teams, supporting escalations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Expertise in creating and comprehensive technical documentation.

Advanced troubleshooting skills across primary M365 workloads.

Experience working with third‑party vendors (e.g. Quest, Microsoft).

Experience of working in multiple previous Microsoft 365 migrations. Desirable if migrations were also tenant‑to‑tenant projects.

Knowledge base within M365 services (e.g. EXO, SPO, Od4B, Teams, Power Platform Desirable , etc.)

Deep knowledge of end‑user ramifications of similar changes.

Familiarity with Quest on Demand Desirable or similar tooling.

Experience working in environments where security is a consideration Desirable .
