We are inviting a dedicated Solid Dose Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this crucial role, you will be integral in manufacturing a variety of high‑quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, and capsules. Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Excellence: Manufacture various supplement forms while strictly adhering to GMP standards.
• Team Coordination: Work effectively with the team to achieve production targets.
• Quality Compliance: Follow Batch Manufacturing Records and collaborate with quality teams to ensure product integrity.
• Machinery Operation: Manage machinery operations, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration.
• Materials Handling: Handle raw materials accurately, ensuring precise measurements and blends.
• Yield Reconciliation: Conduct yield reconciliations at the end of each batch to ensure efficiency.
• Documentation: Complete all required documentation, including line logs and quality records.
• Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of tooling, machinery, and production areas.
• Shift Management: Ensure smooth shift transitions through detailed handovers.
• Problem Solving: Address and elevate issues, and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
• Product Trials: Run and report on product trials, aiding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
