We're supporting a leading, well-established law firm with offices in Coventry in their search for an experienced Conveyancer to join their highly regarded Residential Property team.

The Role:

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed

Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer (1–6 PQE) with a solid background in residential property.

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, supported by experienced paralegals and a friendly, knowledgeable wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff
• Deliver clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Handle both straightforward and complex property transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties
• Meet individual billing targets and contribute to the team’s success
