Software Negotiation Specialist

Location: London, hybrid working (2 days in office)

IN2-AV Recruitment is working with a fast-growing London-based consultancy that helps large organisations achieve significant savings on enterprise software contracts. Operating in a high-demand and largely untapped market, the business partners with well-known global brands and is experiencing rapid growth.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys complex commercial negotiations and wants to develop specialist expertise in enterprise software agreements.

The Role

As a Software Negotiation Specialist, you will lead negotiations on high-value software contracts between clients and major technology vendors. You will own negotiation strategy from start to finish, advising clients, managing stakeholders and delivering measurable cost savings across their software portfolios.

You will work closely with procurement, legal and senior business stakeholders, lead regular client calls, and proactively identify further opportunities to add value within existing accounts.

Key Requirements
  • Law degree background is essential, including experience interpreting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously
