Are you a Software Engineer with expertise in C++ or Real-Time Embedded Software? We want to hear from you!
Strong experience in software programming with C++ and/or Real-Time Embedded Software.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in software requirements, design, and implementation.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills - Diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently using logical and structured approaches.
Collaboration & Communication - Work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Project & Time Management - Plan, prioritize, and track tasks effectively using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Software Architecture & Systems Design - Apply principles of architecture patterns (MVC, microservices, layered), system-wide thinking, and produce maintainable, high-quality code.
Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Space, Automotive, Rail, Nuclear, Maritime, or other safety-critical industries.
Experience with Java, ADA, Python, or C#.
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), real-time or safety-critical software, DevOps practices, and automation.
Mentoring & Team Leadership - Support junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
