What you will do
  • Safeguard children within the community, using professional judgement to assess risk and take appropriate action.
  • Engage with children and their families to build trusting relationships that enable positive change and improved life outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Locality and Intake teams to support children under Child Protection plans, Pre-Proceedings, and court processes.
  • Utilise the Wales Safeguarding Procedures to contribute to a multi-agency approach in protecting children from harm.
  • Develop personalised family support plans, working directly with families to address challenges and promote family strengths.
  • Participate in flexible and hybrid work approaches while contributing to the team spirit, both remotely and in the office.
