Job Title: Social Worker – Locality Team

Location: Havering

Pay Rate: £32 per hour

About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Adult Social Worker to join our Locality Team. The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults within the community, helping them to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. This role involves assessment, planning, and intervention to address the needs of individuals and their families.

Responsibilities:

  1. The post holder reports to the Team Manager / Senior Practitioner and works in partnership with customers and their carers to provide personalised support and achieve individuals’ goals.
  2. Complete assessments, reassessments, support planning, and reviews under the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990.
  3. Provide relevant information, advice, and support to customers and their carers, especially when the customer does not meet the Council's eligibility criteria.
  4. Ensure all work is risk-based, incorporating safeguarding at all times.
