What you will do

• Hold child protection cases and manage complex family situations.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a wide range of professionals and vulnerable families.
• Chair multi-agency core group meetings, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Complete and present reports within the child protection arena using the Signs of Safety approach.
• Undertake section 47 enquiries and perform thorough child protection investigations and reports.
• Prepare court reports and present evidence confidently in court proceedings.
• Engage in child protection, court work, and child in care duties.
• Cover duty work as required to ensure team support.
• Apply knowledge of the Signs of Safety and utilise the MOSAIC system efficiently.
• Travel across Cornwall, requiring your own transport for community visits.
