What you will do
  • Conduct social work assessments under the frameworks of Duty and Assessment, ensuring adherence to SWA S47 S7 and S37 procedures.
  • Perform initial assessments for Children in Need (CIN) and lead Child Protection core groups effectively.
  • Every other week, engage in office-based duties and balance time between essential office visits and productive homeworking.
  • Manage follow-up visits diligently, prioritising the safety and care of children and families.
  • Utilise frontline experience to provide comprehensive support and guidance to families in need.
