  • Provide accurate and objective advice and support to parents, enabling families to thrive.
  • Build meaningful, professional and respectful working relationships with families in our centres.
  • Lead the assessment process and complete comprehensive assessments of parenting capacity.
  • Tailor assessments to meet individual family needs, ensuring the best opportunities for success.
  • Deliver evidence‑based, analytical and comprehensive parenting assessments with clear recommendations for permanency planning.
  • Prepare high‑quality parenting assessment reports for court.
  • Work with families to complete robust parenting assessments, maintaining honesty, objectivity and openness.
Qualifications
  • Social work qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Minimum 1 year post‑qualifying experience with children and families.
  • Willingness and ability to work across multiple family assessment centres.
  • Experience and capability in preparing high‑quality parenting assessment reports for court.
