• Provide management direction and support for complex cases involving Child Protection procedures, Children we Care for, and court processes.
• Supervise and oversee case progression to ensure effective service delivery for children and families.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and efficient working environment.
• Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices within Children’s Services.
• Engage with families, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
