Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos, to promote the brand and engage the audience.
• Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement.
• Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering relationships, and building a loyal following.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and advertising teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
