Social Media Manager – Luxury Brand (6-Month Contract, London)

Freelance 6 Months Contract - Potential to Extend

£180 per day Inside IR35

5 Days a week based onsite at the London office.

We're working with leading luxury design publication to find a Social Media Manager for a six-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for interiors to a globally recognised brand known for its elevated editorial voice and beautiful visual storytelling.

As Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice behind their digital presence creating standout content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and Threads, and growing a highly engaged design-savvy audience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the daily management of all social media platforms, planning, posting, and optimising content.
  • Creating best-in-class social content including Reels, TikToks, carousels, and stories, in collaboration with editorial and video teams.
  • Maintaining a strong, consistent editorial voice and tone, true to the heritage of this prestigious brand.
  • Spotting trends and cultural moments to bring fresh, timely content ideas to life.
  • Analysing performance data and presenting regular insights and reports to guide content strategy.
  • Supporting light community management, ensuring audience engagement and interaction aligns with the brand’s identity.
What we’re looking for:
  • A proven track record managing and growing multi-platform social accounts for a media, design, lifestyle or luxury brand.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling and content packaging for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editorial judgment, you know what hooks, headlines and formats drive engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using insights to refine strategy.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.
  • A personal or professional appreciation for interior design and architecture.
Details:

Location: London office 5 days a week

Contract: 6-month freelance position, with potential to extend into a longer-term or permanent role
