At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone – no matter what role – contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and communications teams globally to curate impactful campaigns and content, while identifying innovative ways to grow and maximise our social media impact. You will also monitor and report on campaign performance, share insights and recommendations, and enhance governance processes while adhering to risk management frameworks.

What you offer
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in organic and paid social media, community management, and reporting
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills and a client-focused approach
  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to autonomously drive key initiatives
  • Proficient in social media channel utilisation – particularly with LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media technologies, preferably Sprinklr and Smarsh
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders in decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen with a desire to drive business outcomes
