Role
The Social Media Co‑ordinator is responsible for managing SCRUBB’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role ensures all social content aligns with the brand, campaigns, and business goals.
General Duties
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across all SCRUBB social media platforms using Meta Business Suite and other tools.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging.
- Monitor social channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and elevate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with design resources to create visuals, graphics, and short‑form video content.
- Integrate influencer content and paid social campaigns into organic posts.
- Track and report social media performance, providing insights for optimisation.
- Implement content effectively across platforms and adjust strategy based on performance.
- Participate in post‑campaign reviews and incorporate insights into future social media activity.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with scheduling tools, content calendars, and analytics reporting.
- Ability to create engaging social‑first content (copywriting, visuals, video snippets).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software is a plus.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or product‑focused marketing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns, influencer content, and content optimisation preferred.
