Overview

Social Media and Influencer Strategy Lead - Hybrid - Manchester

We are actively seeking an experienced Social Media and Influencer Strategy Lead who lives and breathes social and influencer marketing. This is a leadership role where you will take the reins on some big client campaigns, helping them to tell stories that really land, across social channels, through creators and influencers, and as part of integrated campaigns that span PR, content and beyond. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to “run accounts.” It's about setting the direction, shaping the work, and being the trusted partner clients turn to when they want bold ideas and measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the social and influencer side of things for a mix of B2C and B2B clients
  • Guiding a team and giving direction, making sure they have the right tools, training and inspiration to do their best work
  • Working with strategy, PR and creative colleagues to deliver truly integrated campaigns
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and helping win new ones
  • Bringing fresh thinking to content, channel strategy and influencer partnerships
  • Keeping a sharp eye on performance, making sure campaigns deliver on KPIs and budgets
Qualifications
  • Agency experience in social media, influencer and integrated campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills, you know how to bring the best out of a team
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering creative, strategic social campaigns
  • Comfortable with both organic and paid social (boosting, targeting, reporting)
  • Hands on experience working with influencers, from micro-creators to big names
  • Brilliant communication and presentation skills, you can hold your own with senior stakeholders
