  • Management of the social media platforms for Home and/or Clothing including consistent brand TOV, community engagement, security and risk.
  • Oversee strategy and content optimisation for all brands for the key Social Media platforms.
  • Own the end‑to‑end management of digital content across our social media platforms in partnership with agencies.
  • Work with the internal media team and agencies to develop the social paid media allocation for paid campaigns.
  • Own and develop the paid influencer plan, content and execution in partnership with agencies.
  • Guardianship of brand tone of voice across all influencer marketing content.
  • Setting clear KPI's and measurement to track efficiency.
  • Managing budgets across agency fees, production and paid media.
  • Working cross‑functionally through the broader customer team, product teams and external agencies.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity & due diligence.
