As Social Media Account Director, you’ll lead the social output for major brands - driving strategy, elevating content, spotting opportunities and making sure your team delivers work that’s smart, culturally relevant and measurable. You’ll also manage two Social Media Account Managers, partner closely with creatives and strategists, and bring clarity, confidence and direction to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities of the Social Media Account Director
  • Owning day-to-day leadership across your social accounts
  • Shaping strategy and ensuring work is insight-led and commercially sound
  • Reviewing and optimising all social workstreams
  • Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to pitches
  • Developing, coaching and supporting your direct reports
About you
  • Strong experience running social accounts day-to-day
  • A solid agency background (social / digital / integrated)
  • Experience with retail destinations or leisure brands (ideal)
  • Leadership skills : experience developing, challenging and supporting direct reports
