Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social & Community Manager who lives online, understands creators, and knows how to build a loyal, active digital community. You’ll run all social channels, engage daily with influencers and creators, and turn Krotos into a brand people genuinely love.
You’ll build relationships, spark conversations, plan content, and grow communities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.
This role blends strategy + hands-on execution, and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.

Key Objectives
- Grow engagement across all Krotos social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook) month-over-month.
- Increase community engagement across Discord & Reddit.
- Track conversions across channels and maintain consistent growth for trials and purchases attributed to social.
Community Activation
- Build real relationships with creators, editors, sound designers, and filmmakers.
- Launch community-driven initiatives and events that increase participation and loyalty.
Influencer & Creator Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators for co‑content, UGC, and paid partnerships.
- Build repeatable influencer programs that scale.
Content Execution
- Own the social content calendar end-to-end.
- Repurpose assets from video, campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with our Multimedia Lead and Creative Team to maximise content output.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture the Krotos communities on Discord & Reddit.
- Identify trending formats, audio cues, memes, and industry moments.
- Create briefs and work with the creative team to execute high-performing content.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, content approval, and reporting.
- Track performance metrics across all channels and report insights weekly.
- Support campaigns (product launches, sales, events, Black Friday) with targeted social plans.
- Coordinate with Growth Marketing to align social activity with funnel objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years in social media or community management (preferably in tech, SaaS, gaming, or creator‑led brands).
- Proven track record of growing channels and driving engagement.
- Experience managing creators/influencers.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, and social algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and creative judgment.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly creative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sound design, video editing, or post‑production.
- Familiarity with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, etc.).
- Passion for film, games, YouTube, or sound.
