You will repair damaged vehicles according to manufacturer standards, earning a base salary of £41,600 with an OTE of around £50,000. Full in-house training is provided, and flexibility in working hours is available. Ideal candidates will have recognised qualifications in SMART repair and experience in a bodyshop.

Job description
Overview

Mobile SMART Repairer required for our Client's busy Accident Repair Business located in Ross-on-Wye.

Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £41,600 basic with an OTE of circa £50,000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday.

  • Starting salary up to £41,600 plus
  • Time-save bonus scheme providing on-target-earnings around £50,000+ per annum.
  • Overtime, subject to availability, paid at standard rate.
  • 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
  • Full in-house training provided.
  • 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours available.
  • Occasional overtime may be required, subject to business demand, so you will need to be flexible with this; however, it would be paid as overtime.
Duties
  • Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer's specifications
  • Carrying out Smart Repairs
  • Following safety procedures
  • Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
  • Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out
Requirements
  • You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
  • You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
  • The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
  • ATA qualification is desirable
