Overview

WE’RE HIRING A SMALL ANIMAL VET – COME JOIN OUR PACK. Anderson Vets, Orpington.

This is Kevin – he's not actually a vet, despite the stethoscope. But you could be. And we'd like that.

What we’re after

We’re a busy, independent practice inside the M25 with good links to London, a super close-knit team, and some seriously cool kit (laparoscopy, dental X-rays, ultrasound, rhinoscopy and endoscopy). We’ve got vets with certificates in ophthalmology and cardiology, plus visiting surgeons for the fancy stuff like orthopaedics and advanced soft tissue.

The kind of candidate

Here’s what we’re after: A solid, down-to-earth vet who can handle routine consults and surgeries, doesn’t panic at emergencies, and is happy with some sole charge work. Surgical interest? Awesome. Not your thing? That’s fine too. Just be confident, communicative, a team player.

The deal

• Up to £65k per annum salary (plus no agency bonus)
• 4-day week + 1 in 4 Saturdays (9–5)
• No out-of-hours, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
• Certificates encouraged & fully funded
