Location: East Area (Clydesdale)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with a requirement to cover backshift and weekend working to suit business needs.

Salary Band: £40,804 - £41,698

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Officer to join our Operations and Estates team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of one of our Leisure Centres within the Clydesdale Area ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety legislation.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Oversee health and safety compliance and operational standards.

Programme activities and events to meet community needs.

Manage local budgets, control expenditure, and maximise income.

Act as Duty Manager and contribute to organisational projects. (shift and weekend working will be required to support business needs)
