• Must have time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship.

• Current driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and rectifying roofing defects.
• Surveying and placing slates/tiles correctly.
• Removing old roof coverings and replacing full coverings.
• Repairing and replacing chimney stacks.

Skills

Competence in all aspects of roofing

Time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship

Experience of maintenance work

Ability to work in confined spaces

CSCS card
