A prominent security firm is seeking multiple Site Security Officers to ensure the safety and welfare of service users at asylum accommodation properties in East Sussex. These roles require the ability to monitor access control, respond to incidents, and communicate effectively with both service users and colleagues. Ideal candidates should hold an SIA Licence and possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. £35,000.00 per annum
To provide on‑site security presence and support across asylum accommodation properties, ensuring the safety and welfare of service users, staff, and assets. The Site Security Officer will act as a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, and uphold the standards of security and safeguarding in line with the AASC contract and Schedule 2 requirements.
