This full-time position involves developing compliance frameworks and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations as the site undergoes significant expansion. Ideal candidates will have strong QHSE management experience and a comprehensive understanding of UK legislation.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to develop and embed new compliance systems.
• Good understanding of process safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a complete Compliance and QHSE Management System.
• Create, review and maintain essential compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular compliance and audit reviews with workshop and site management.

Skills

Experience in compliance or QHSE management

Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation

Strong communication and leadership skills
