Overview

Pinnacle are working with a Prestigious Tier 1 Main Contractor with many years’ experience in the construction industry, turnover in excess of £1 Billion, and a strong order book. They work on projects across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors. The role is for a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The project is a £3 Million External and Internal Refurbishment in the Education sector, based in the West and East Midlands. The client prefers candidates who have experience seeing a project from start to handover, and experience in the education sector is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction aspects of projects from planning consent through to completion. Provide input to other team members on risks, buildability, and programme aspects.
• Supervise the direction of projects and ensure client conditions and requirements are met.
• Oversee subcontractors and supervise construction workers.
• Ensure Health and Safety is upheld across all sites.
• Identify important decisions and arrangements required to deliver successful projects.
• Take responsibility for self-development and the development of others.
• Maintain excellent communication, structural and influencing skills.
• Track record of managing numerous schemes concurrently.
