  • Strong knowledge of working in live, occupied environments.
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety, quality control, and programme management.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively.
  • SMSTS certification is essential.
  • CSCS - Manager Level certification is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, including subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Plan and manage programmes of work to achieve contract KPIs and deadlines.
  • Monitor quality standards, carrying out regular inspections and audits.
  • Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and resident concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, cost control, and best practice across the contract.
