We are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Site Manager for a live commercial refurbishment project in Leeds. This is a key role overseeing night operations, ensuring safety, security, and productivity during off-peak hours.

Shift Pattern: Night Shifts - 12 hours

Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary

Start Date: 15/09/25

Duration: 3 Weeks

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activity during night shifts
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets quality standards
• Enforce strict health & safety protocols
• Monitor site access and ensure security of the premises
• Report progress to the Project Manager and maintain site records
• Coordinate with day team for smooth handovers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS
• Enhanced DBS check (essential)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
