Overview

Are you an experienced Assistant/Site Manager or Senior Site Manager from a residential house building background looking to join a well-established local property developer who specialises in building high quality homes?

The Company

New Dawn Homes are a Cheltenham-based residential property developer with developments throughout Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. We are building high specification 2-6 bedroom homes to be proud of. As a small company there are the benefits of progression and involvement in all aspects of the company as we work as a close team. The Role

The Site Manager will manage all site resources including labour, plant and materials and programming, as well as on-site health and safety and client customer service.

As the No. 1 on site, you will be the decision maker and expected to take ownership of all site issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly. Some training can be provided, if you are ready to progress your career.

The Site Manager will be required to monitor all site activity against quality standards, productivity targets and deadlines. Communication is key, and you will need to liaise with other members of the team and report directly to the MD to update them on the progress of the project.

You will have experience of working in the house building industry and have experience of meeting NHBC/Premier standards. It is important that you have a broad understanding of all trades and have a thorough knowledge of the construction process and programming the build process. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and be computer literate.

This position is ideal for those who take pride in their work and want to work for a growing company with progression prospects. The role will initially be at our Stonehouse Development, where we are building 45 new homes.
