Site Manager – Based around the Bristol – Melksham areas. September 15 start – Interviews ASAP.

Day to Day

The work will involve day to day management of social housing sites in the Bristol/ Melksham areas. All sites are installing renewable energy sources and require an understanding around social housing, working in tenanted properties.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
  • SMSTS
  • First aid certificate
  • Experience of day-to-day management of a site & subbies
  • Social housing maintenance experience desirable
  • Experience of decarbonisation projects – EWI, Air source heat pumps, Solar PV installs desirable.
  • Technical building knowledge essential
  • Previous experience of managing multiple trades on site
  • H&S, RAMs, Toolbox talk experience
